change.. everyone will change.. change is a must for everyone
to archive higher, u have to change.. and everyone around u are changing as well, so u may have to change to go around with the people too.. so it's a thing that u cant avoid.
this is what my lecturer told us.. honestly he is very right. let's say everyone are learning technology, so u have to learn it as well.. change urself to become some1 who good in technology as well..
however, when u are changing, u have to know the reason and the logic of changing it. why u need to change? and why u donwan to change.. just like if u want to change ur car's engine power.. izit a must to change? and if u change it, wat impact will u get? when u need to change the engine, make sure it's safe for drive as well.. thus, it oni will become logic to change..
by the way, not everyone like change.. as my lecturer told me that some company prefer fresh graduate because they no need to unfreeze the fresh graduate's behavior and refreeze it.. so, try to tell ur employees to change but we still remain as ourselves! i am still who i am! so, are u..
